Element Medical Imaging will securely send your radiology reports and images to your healthcare provider. You can conveniently access your radiology reports through the Patient Dashboard. If you need a physical copy of your images, there is a $10 fee.

Additionally, you can conveniently schedule and manage your imaging appointments through this site. To get started, click here to create an account or log in if you are already a user.

Allow one business day for all requests.
You will be required to show a picture id when picking up your records and may be asked to verify other information.
